TI-SKIN® technology controls temperature: it does not just resist it.

1 cm thick, equivalent R-value up to 52. A 97% reflective film around a high-performance mineral core absorbs the peak heat load and releases it overnight: 40 to 60% HVAC energy savings, zero maintenance, 20-year warranty.

The material · Aluminium

A film that turns heat away

The reflective film turns away up to 97% of incoming thermal radiation. It is the first barrier of the patented TI-SKIN® system: heat that does not get in is heat that does not need managing.

The material · Salt

A mineral core that stores it

The residual heat is absorbed by the mineral salts of the core, which melt at a temperature chosen at design stage — 18, 23 or 28 °C — and give it back at night, during discharge. Natural, non-toxic, incombustible, for more than 30 years.

How it works

Three beats, every day

No motor, no sensor: the physics of the materials does the work, in summer and in winter.

It reflects

During the day the aluminium film sends thermal radiation back. The roof is at 60 °C; under the panel the temperature stays far lower.

It stores

The heat that gets through is absorbed by the core: the salts melt at the design temperature and store energy without rising in temperature.

It gives back

At night, with the thermal inversion, the core solidifies again and releases the heat at constant temperature. The next morning it is ready for a new cycle.
